No, almost all programs allow you to submit your application without having completed your studies. In addition, many universities, mainly in Europe, follow a ‘first come, first served’ policy, so it is always helpful to send your application as soon as possible.
- When are the deadlines for postgraduate applications abroad?
Dates change depending on the country, the university and the program. For most programs the application process starts in the fall (October-November) and ends in the spring (April-May). There are also several universities that operate with postgraduate admissions rounds.

Depending on the study program, in order to submit your application you need the following:
-Degree (In case you do not have completed your studies you will need a Certificate of Studies which you can request from the secretariat of your school.)

There are university programs that accept English IELTS or TOEFL test scores and GMAT or GRE proficiency test scores to be sent later.
