No, almost all programs allow you to submit your application without having completed your studies. In addition, many universities, mainly in Europe, follow a ‘first come, first served’ policy, so it is always helpful to send your application as soon as possible.
Dates change depending on the country, the university and the program. For most programs the application process starts in the fall (October-November) and ends in the spring (April-May). There are also several universities that operate with postgraduate admissions rounds.
Caution! In case you want to apply for a scholarship, the deadlines for the programs may differ.
Most postgraduate programs, including Master’s degrees in Greece, require the following documents:

There are university programs that accept English IELTS or TOEFL test scores and GMAT or GRE proficiency test scores to be sent later.

Distance learning master’s programs are also available for those seeking flexible study options.
