No, almost all programs allow you to submit your application without having completed your studies. In addition, many universities, mainly in Europe, follow a ‘first come, first served’ policy, so it is always helpful to send your application as soon as possible.
- When are the deadlines for postgraduate applications abroad?
Dates change depending on the country, the university and the program. For most programs the application process starts in the fall (October-November) and ends in the spring (April-May). There are also several universities that operate with admission rounds.

- What are the admission requirements for postgraduate programs?
Most postgraduate programs will require the following documents:

Depending on the study program, in order to submit your application you need the following:
-Degree (In case you do not have completed your studies you will need a Certificate of Studies which you can request from the secretariat of your school.)
-Official Transcript (In case you have not completed your studies, send your available grade at the time of application)

-Motivational Letter (Personal Statement)
-Reference Letters from teachers or employers.

There are university programs that accept English IELTS or TOEFL test scores and GMAT or GRE proficiency test scores to be sent later.
