- Where is the IELTS test needed?
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an internationally recognized certification of English language proficiency and may be required of you for undergraduate or postgraduate studies, or even for employment in countries where English is the primary language.
- How many types of IELTS test are there?
There are two types, the Academic IELTS which is intended for studying or working abroad and the General IELTS which is mainly intended for moving to an English-speaking country. Our Prep Center prepares candidates for the Academic IELTS test.
- What does the IELTS exam examine?
It examines the candidate’s level of knowledge and abilities in the English language. The exam includes two essay topics and questions on written and spoken language comprehension. It consists of the following sections: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The test’s scoring scale is from 1 to 9, and usually a score above 6.5 is the minimum score required by most university programs.
- What should my level of English be in order to attend the classes?
You need to have at least a B2 level of English. You can contact us to take a free diagnostic test.
- For how long are the IELTS scores valid?
The results of the IELTS for admission to a university are valid for 2 years.
- How often are the IELTS exams held?
The Ielts exams are conducted in person at an exam center. The paper-based version of the exam is held approximately three times a month, while the computer-based version is held almost every day.
- Are simulation tests included in the preparation? For how long will I have access to them?
You can take the simulation tests either at our center or at your place, and they will be available for practice even after the completion of the courses.
