Information and Consent for the Processing of Personal Data

The Koutsodontis Preparation Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “Processor”) hereby informs you that it collects, processes and stores, in electronic and paper format, your personal data (namely the following: Name, e-mail, telephone), subject to the provisions of the current legislation on personal data, ie today Law 2472/1997, and, from 25/5/2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“General Regulation of Personal Data”), as in each case apply (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Legislation”), and in accordance with the following specific terms and conditions: The processor collects the above personal data solely for the purpose of sending you information material regarding events of the Koutsodontis Preparation Centre. The legal basis for such processing is your written consent.

The above personal data will be made available and will be processed by the authorized employees of the Koutsodontis prep Centre, who will process them exclusively for the fulfilment of the above purposes, and in no case for their own benefit. Furthermore, some of the above personal data will be made available and will be processed, within the scope of their responsibilities, by external partners (indicative companies providing information systems / solutions) for the purpose of sending you information material regarding events of the Center of Studies. The Koutsodontis Prep centre will keep and process the above personal data for as long as it is required to serve the aforementioned processing purposes as well as for as long as it is required in order to comply with its legal obligations and to defend itself against any legal claims. After the end of the above period of time, the prep centre will proceed to the final deletion of the above personal data.

Subject to specific exceptions, conditions and restrictions provided in the Personal Data Legislation, you can exercise the right of access, correction, restriction of processing, objection, deletion of the above personal data and after the implementation of the General Regulation of Personal Data – the right to portability. In case of exercising one of the above-mentioned rights, the Koutsodontis prep Centre will take every possible measure for the timely satisfaction of your request, according to the defined measures and conditions of the Personal Data Legislation, informing you in writing of its satisfaction or for the reasons that prevent you from exercising, or the satisfaction of one or more of the above mentioned rights in accordance with the Personal Data Legislation.

You also reserve the right to revoke your present consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent prior to its revocation, nor any processing based on any other lawful processing basis.
